Mastercard Partners With Crypto Giants on Cross-Border Payments

Mastercard has launched a Crypto Partner Program in collaboration with over 85 companies, including Binance, Circle, Gemini, Paxos, Ripple, PayPal, Polygon, and Solana. The initiative aims to create a framework for collaboration across the ecosystem as blockchain-based payment technology continues to mature.

The new program will focus on real-world applications such as cross-border remittances, business payouts, and settlement infrastructure across Mastercard's global network operating in more than 200 countries.

Ripple stated that industry-wide collaboration is key to connecting on-chain innovation with trusted global payments infrastructure. Solana also confirmed its participation in the initiative.
