Matt Damon to Headline Swell 2026 as Ripple Combines Conferences
Ripple has announced that Academy Award winner and Water.org co-founder Matt Damon will be a keynote speaker at Swell 2026, which is scheduled for October 27-29 in Manhattan.
The conference will combine Swell and XRPL Apex for the first time, with over 75 speakers and more than 50 sessions across three stages. Organizers expect over 1,500 attendees, including executives from Aviva, Susquehanna Crypto, Water.org, and PEAK6.
Ripple supports Water.org's Get Blue campaign, using its stablecoin RLUSD to transfer funding toward microfinance partners worldwide. Damon's appearance connects to his work with Water.org, a nonprofit that provides affordable financing for household water and sanitation systems.
