Matter Labs Open-Sources Prividium Permission Engine
Matter Labs has released the core software of Prividium's permissioning engine as open-source, allowing institutions to run, inspect, and modify it within their own environments.
The first institution publicly testing and deploying this engine in its infrastructure is Deutsche Bundesbank. This move shifts a key part of Matter Labs' institutional blockchain offering from proprietary software to publicly accessible code.
By releasing the core engine as open-source, organizations like banks can control the permissioning layer while still accessing commercial tools from Matter Labs.
