McClurg Sees XRP Reaching $3.40 in Next Few Months
Canary Capital CEO Steven McClurg believes XRP's price could reach $3.40 within the next few months, driven by increased activity on the XRPL, including institutional lending and yield opportunities.
In a recent interview, McClurg noted that XRP's recent rise is being fueled by growing demand for credit and lending services on the XRP Ledger, with Cicada Credit and Clearpool leading the way in providing institutional-grade infrastructure. He called this opportunity 'massive' and predicted that the lending market could grow far beyond the $1-2 billion range.
McClurg also highlighted South Korea as a key market for XRP, citing recent data showing a 273% increase in trading volume on Upbit since March. He believes XRP will become a clear winner among blockchain protocols in South Korea, where it has already established a stronger position than Ethereum.
