MetaMask Connects to TRON Ecosystem in Major Expansion

TRON has expanded its dApp access through MetaMask connectivity, allowing users to interact with TRON-based applications without setting up a separate wallet. The move comes after a partnership between TRON and Consensys announced in August 2025.

The four ecosystem applications now supporting MetaMask connectivity are JustLend DAO, SUN.io, B.AI, and BitTorrent. These dApps cover a significant portion of TRON's on-chain activity, with JustLend DAO carrying over $7B in total value locked.

TRON DAO spokesperson Sam Elfarra framed the expansion as an effort to reduce user friction, allowing users to engage with the TRON blockchain through a self-custodial interface they already know and trust.
