METIS Showcases OpenClaw Program Results in August Demo Day

METIS, a Layer 2 Rollup platform built on Ethereum, is hosting its OpenClaw Demo Day on August 26th at 14:00 UTC. The event marks the culmination of several weeks of building, testing, and iteration by participating builders in the OpenClaw Summer Builder Bootcamp 2026.

The program aimed to tackle key challenges faced by mainnet Ethereum, including transaction speed, cost, and scalability. METIS achieved this through its framework for simple, rapid deployment of smart contracts within the network, facilitating seamless operations on the Ethereum blockchain.

The platform's core features include Metis Oracles, providing real-time data from external sources; Metis Nodes, enhancing security and reliability by storing a complete copy of the distributed network; and Metis SubGraph, an indexing protocol for gathering, processing, and storing data for use in the blockchain network.
