MicroStrategy Boosts BTC Holdings with Latest $370M Acquisition

MicroStrategy has continued its bitcoin accumulation strategy by purchasing an additional 4,603 BTC for $370 million.

This latest acquisition adds to MicroStrategy's existing 84,505 BTC holdings and boosts their total USD assets by nearly $29 million, while also repurchasing $152 million of their own stock.

As a result, the company now controls an impressive $6.71 billion in USD assets alongside its BTC holdings, with net leverage remaining at a remarkably low 0.0% as of August 30, 2026.

The purchase comes amidst a bullish structure for Bitcoin, which trades above its EMA50 support at $77,312.4.
