MicroStrategy's capital management framework could allow it to liquidate up to $5 billion in Bitcoin, according to an analysis by Bitcoin World. This scenario outlines a strategy under which the company would sell its Bitcoin holdings to fund corporate reserves, pay dividends, and repurchase shares or securities.

The framework permits the sale of up to approximately $5 billion in Bitcoin, with funds allocated towards building US dollar reserves, covering preferred stock dividends and interest payments, and repurchasing common stock and digital credit securities. This approach provides MicroStrategy with flexibility to manage its balance sheet while maintaining its significant Bitcoin holdings.

As of July 26, the company held 843,775 BTC, purchased at an average price of $75,476 per coin. This positions MicroStrategy as one of the largest corporate Bitcoin holders, with its treasury strategy closely watched by investors and market analysts.
