MicroStrategy's Bitcoin Losses Cut Stock Price Target
MicroStrategy's stock price took another hit after the company reported an $8.32 billion unrealized fair value loss on its Bitcoin holdings in the second quarter of fiscal 2026.
The losses were a major contributor to the stock's 76% decline over the past year, with a beta of 3.54 indicating high volatility.
Despite this, Benchmark analyst Mark Palmer maintained a Buy rating for the company, reducing its price target from $570 to $435 and noting that the shares may be undervalued at their current price of $91.75, according to InvestingPro data.
