MicroStrategy's Saylor Signals Strong Comeback for Bitcoin Purchases

MicroStrategy's CEO Michael Saylor has hinted that the company may resume buying Bitcoin. In a recent post, Saylor stated 'Strategy is making a strong comeback,' after a 10-week pause in purchases. The company's last Bitcoin purchase was on June 22, when it acquired 520 BTC at $67,068.

Several subtle changes have emerged at the corporate financial level that lead traders to view this development as a call to action. Strategy's debt no longer hinders Bitcoin purchases, with the company's current net leverage ratio standing at only 0.1%. The company holds approximately $6.69 billion in cash while carrying approximately $6.71 billion in convertible note debt.

The accumulation of cash reserves is intentional, with the majority of funds allocated to the dividend payment reserve. Strategy USD reserves have increased from $3.75 billion in July to $5.1 billion. The company's STRC stock price has nearly returned to its face value and Saylor has signaled that he will continue buying Bitcoin.
