Monad Blockchain Growth Fuels Potential Price Recovery Amid November Token Unlock Risk

The Monad blockchain is a high-performance Layer 1 network aiming to execute Ethereum applications faster. It supports up to 10,000 transactions per second and has a block time of just 300 milliseconds.

Despite its impressive performance, the native MON token has fallen significantly in value since its peak in November 2025 at $0.04883. Currently trading around $0.021, it's approximately 57% below its all-time high.

The blockchain's growth is accelerating, with DeFi total value locked (TVL) crossing $770 million and stablecoin supply exceeding $550 million. The network processes around 3.5 million transactions daily on average, with over 150 applications already built on it.

This dynamic could explain a potential recovery for MON, but a large token unlock in November may create significant downward pressure. The team's tokens, representing almost the entire current supply, will be available for withdrawal in November 2026.
