Monad Price Surges 12% as TVL Hits $2.677B: Can It Break Through $0.03?
The price of Monad (MON) surged by over 12% in the past 24 hours, marking its second significant increase in recent times. This uptrend has pushed the altcoin into the top spot among blockchains by DEX volume, according to data from various sources.
Monad's growing chain activity is being driven by an increase in Total Value Locked (TVL), which has more than doubled in just one month, reaching $2.677 billion. The chain's stablecoin market cap has also expanded, with a growth of nearly double in the past month, indicating an influx of liquidity.
Active Addresses and Transactions have returned to highs seen in mid-July, with over 23.83K active addresses and more than 6.23 million transactions. However, capital outflows have reduced by more than half, from $17 million to $8.40 million, but still indicate ongoing selling pressure.
The altcoin's price is currently trading above the Parabolic Sar, reinforcing its range breakout. Nevertheless, it remains to be seen whether Monad can break through the resistance at $0.03 and reclaim its 2026 highs.
