Monad Proposes Wallet Upgrade for Post-Quantum Security

Share

Monad has proposed an upgrade to its wallet security system that would allow users to replace lost or outdated cryptographic keys without changing their blockchain address or assets.

The proposal, which remains at an early stage, suggests separating a Monad account's permanent address from the authentication credentials used to authorize transactions.

This design would enable key rotation, social recovery, and post-quantum security without requiring users to create new wallets.
