Moonbeams vs Cryptobooms
A recent op-ed in Bloomberg Opinion Today pokes fun at the idea of investing in cryptocurrency by comparing it to an investment in the Moon.
The author claims to have once owned a small portion of the Lighted Lunar Surface, specifically 10 sercas in a quadrant that is several squares south of the extreme northwest corner of the recognized Lunar chart.
This 'investment' was reportedly made as a misguided birthday present in 1980 and cost $20 at the time. Today, you can purchase your own share for just $34.99.
