MoonPay Integrates AI-Powered Lending for Solana Users
MoonPay, a crypto payments platform, has integrated Solana-based lending protocol Kamino into its AI-focused payment vault service PayBox.
Kamino is one of the leading decentralized finance lending protocols in the Solana ecosystem, with about $1.3 billion in total value locked and around $1 billion in active loans.
The integration allows users to access existing Kamino services through AI-powered natural-language commands, such as ChatGPT or Claude.
Eligible users can instruct the AI tools to deposit tokens or borrow against crypto collateral, with options to require passkey approval for each transaction or allow the AI to execute trades automatically within preset limits.
The service is not available in several countries, including the US, UK, European Union, and Australia, and access may be restricted depending on the region and asset.
