MoonPay Integrates Kamino into AI-Powered Payment Vault

MoonPay has integrated Kamino, a Solana-based lending protocol, into its AI-powered payment vault PayBox. This integration allows users to borrow or lend tokens on Solana using natural language instructions with ChatGPT or Claude.

Kamino has over $1.3 billion in locked assets and active loans of around $1 billion, according to DefiLlama data. The integration is not a new lending product but replaces Kamino's existing interface with AI-driven interactions.

Users can choose to require passkey approval for each transaction or set a preset limit for automated operation by the AI proxy.
