MoonPay Unveils PayBox for Secure AI-Driven Transactions

MoonPay has introduced PayBox, a product that enables users to connect an AI assistant to a payment vault. This feature allows AI agents to move, trade, and spend money within a conversation while maintaining user control over funds.

Users can interact with the AI in natural language, issuing commands such as converting money into stablecoins or making bookings. The AI prepares transactions, which are then approved by the user using a passkey before funds are transferred.

PayBox supports various blockchain networks, including Solana and EVM-compatible chains like Ethereum, Hyperliquid, and Polygon. The first live integrations cover restaurant reservations, travel bookings, and shopping with major online retailers.
