MoonwellDeFi Sees Significant cbBTC Borrowing Growth on Ethereum
The core market update for MoonwellDeFi from July 17th to July 23rd, 2026 shows significant movements in cbBTC borrowing and supply on both Coinbase (cbBTC) and Ethereum.
On Coinbase, cbBTC borrowed increased by 13% from 26.71 to 30.16, while the supply of cbBTC remained steady.
In contrast, on Ethereum, cbBTC borrowed experienced a substantial jump of 87%, rising from 3.32 to 6.21, and the supply of cbBTC also saw an increase of 23% from 11.91 to 14.67.
