Morgan Stanley Adds Ethereum and Solana ETPs to its Cryptocurrency Lineup
Morgan Stanley has expanded its cryptocurrency offerings by launching two new exchange-traded products (ETPs) for Ethereum and Solana. The ETPs, with tickers MSSE and MSOL, will trade on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and track the performance of Ethereum and Solana respectively.
The management fee for both products is 0.14%, a relatively low cost for investors seeking to gain exposure to these digital assets. Morgan Stanley Investment Management now offers ETPs covering three of the largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization: Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana.
In addition to tracking the performance of these assets, Morgan Stanley plans to allocate a portion of the funds' assets to Ethereum and Solana staking, allowing investors to earn rewards for supporting network operations. The firm emphasizes that it will not retain any portion of these rewards and will pass them on to investors.
