Morgan Stanley has expanded its cryptocurrency lineup by launching exchange-traded products (ETPs) for Ether and Solana. The Morgan Stanley Ethereum Trust (NYSE Arca: MSSE) and Morgan Stanley Solana Trust (NYSE Arca: MSOL) will track the performance of Ether (ETH) and Solana (SOL), respectively, using CoinDesk benchmarks.

The funds have a 0.14% expense ratio and plan to stake a portion of their holdings, passing staking rewards through to investors without retaining any for themselves.

This move follows Morgan Stanley's earlier launch of spot cryptocurrency trading on its E*TRADE platform, which allows eligible clients to buy, sell, and hold Bitcoin, Ether, and Solana. The company had previously launched the Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Trust (NYSE Arca: MSBT) in April, becoming the first major US commercial bank to offer a spot Bitcoin ETF.

As of July 16, the Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Trust had more than $381 million in assets under management.
