Morgan Stanley Boosts Bitcoin Holdings as Institutional Demand Remains Strong
Morgan Stanley has significantly boosted its Bitcoin holdings in recent weeks, adding to its already substantial accumulation. The bank purchased 51.58 BTC over two weeks, bringing its total holdings to 641.87 BTC worth approximately $50.6 million. This surge in institutional buying is a key factor supporting Bitcoin's price consolidation near the $77,257 level.
Bitcoin spot ETFs have also seen positive inflows of around $6 million per day, indicating broader interest from institutions. Meanwhile, negative netflows from exchanges suggest that more Bitcoin is being withdrawn than deposited, leading to tightened supply.
If support around $76,500 holds firm, it could pave the way for a recovery towards $82,000, driven by sustained institutional demand.
