Morgan Stanley Unveils Cheapest Ethereum and Solana ETFs Amid Market Expansion

Morgan Stanley is set to launch its Ethereum and Solana ETFs today, just a month after introducing its Bitcoin ETF. The new funds will be the cheapest in their respective categories, according to Eric Balchunas, a senior ETF analyst.

The Ethereum Trust and the Morgan Stanley Solana ETF will both have a 0.14% fee, making them the lowest-cost options for investors. The Ethereum Trust will track the price of Ether and earn staking rewards on a portion of the ETH held by the fund.

The Morgan Stanley Solana ETF, on the other hand, aims to mimic Solana's performance by tracking the CoinDesk Solana Benchmark settlement rate. It will invest directly in SOL, giving investors direct exposure to the asset without holding it themselves.
