Morgan Stanley Unveils Ethereum and Solana ETPs with Staking Benefits
Morgan Stanley has launched two new Exchange-Traded Products (ETPs) that offer investors exposure to Ethereum and Solana, expanding its range of cryptocurrency investment products.
The Morgan Stanley Ethereum Trust and Solana Trust began trading on the NYSE Arca with a 0.14% expense ratio, making them the cheapest spot products in their respective categories, according to Bloomberg senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas.
The new ETPs distribute staking rewards to shareholders, allowing investors to potentially earn additional returns, and Morgan Stanley noted that it will not retain any portion of the rewards generated by either fund.
These launches come as asset managers continue to expand access to regulated investment products tied to digital assets, with over $14 billion in assets under management since Morgan Stanley introduced its first ETFs in 2023.
