Morgan Stanley’s XRP ETF Holdings Reveal Continued Downside Risk
Morgan Stanley has disclosed its exposure to XRP through three exchange-traded funds (ETFs) despite the token's recent decline. The bank reported holding shares in Franklin's fund, REX-Osprey's ETF, and Bitwise's ETF, with a larger position in Armada Acquisition Corp II, the SPAC partner of Ripple-backed Evernorth Holdings.
This comes as XRP has lost over 10% in value this week and nearly 70% in 2026. The token is currently trading near $1, a level it struggles to sustain demand around.
Other investment managers also reported holding XRP ETFs, including Wolverine Asset Management, Gallacher Capital Management, and Main Street Group. These firms held larger positions than Morgan Stanley's reported holdings.
