MSTR Stock Soars Over 60%, Can It Reach $435?
The MSTR stock price has rebounded significantly from its June low, climbing over 60% in recent months. The recovery has revived interest in Benchmark analyst Mark Palmer's $435 price target, but reaching it would require MSTR to more than triple from its latest close of $142.80.
The stock initially fell to around $87 in late June after trading near $195 in May, but has since climbed steadily to its current price. The latest buying spree is substantial, with 27.16 million shares exchanged, but MSTR has been approaching the $145-$150 price region that has historically stalled previous rallies.
Palmer kept his Buy rating after Strategy's recent Q2 results, but reduced his target price from $570 to $435, which implies a more than 205% price increment. This is considerably higher than even the wider analyst consensus, where prices are targeted somewhere north of $226 and $236.
