Nasdaq-Listed BTC Digital Regains Compliance After Bid Price Recovery
Nasdaq-listed BTC Digital Ltd., a digital computing infrastructure company involved in cryptocurrency mining and AI computing, has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement after its share price recovered above $1.00.
The company had received a deficiency notice on August 27, 2026, due to its shares trading below the required threshold for 30 consecutive business days, but regained compliance just six days later when the closing bid price stayed at or above $1.00 for 10 consecutive business days.
BTC Digital's recovery from non-compliance status avoids a potential delisting within the 180-day cure period that was set to expire on February 23, 2027.
