Nasdaq Listing Catalysts Emerge as Evernorth and Remittix Advance
Evernorth's Nasdaq listing is moving closer to reality after the SEC declared its Form S-4 registration statement effective. The company plans to trade on the exchange under the ticker XRPN, providing a new route for institutional investors to access the XRP economy.
The listing would give traditional investors an equity-market way into XRP's adoption story and potentially broaden institutional participation in the asset.
Remittix is also approaching its own listing milestone. The project has raised $31.75 million toward a $36 million hard cap through its presale, attracting over 40,000 participants.
The RTX token will list once the presale reaches $32 million, giving it a concentrated near-term catalyst. Evernorth's Nasdaq story, on the other hand, depends on a shareholder vote and transaction closing.
