Chainlink's co-founder Sergey Nazarov is set to join executives from BlackRock and Vanguard at a Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia event. The 10th Annual Fintech Conference will take place on September 24 and 25, 2026. A panel titled 'The Future of Blockchain in Traditional Finance' will feature Nazarov alongside William Su from BlackRock and John Evans from Vanguard.

The conference agenda focuses on how regulatory frameworks are reshaping digital asset strategies. The panel discussion will center around the GENIUS Act and the CLARITY Act, with a specific focus on stablecoins and tokenized deposits. This is not Nazarov's first appearance at the event; he also spoke at last year's ninth edition.

The inclusion of BlackRock and Vanguard executives alongside Nazarov does not confirm any business relationship between Chainlink and these firms. Instead, it signals continued interest in blockchain infrastructure from traditional finance. Recent Chainlink updates include expanded data feeds to Arc Mainnet and a cross-chain token standard integration with TRUF.
