NCCIA Obtains Binance Data in Mir Raza Murder Case Investigation
The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has obtained data from Binance and other cryptocurrency-related sources as part of its investigation into the murder case of Mir Raza Ali.
According to sources, the NCCIA was requested to obtain six months of data related to Mir Raza, which has been shared with the investigation committee in a format similar to call detail records (CDRs).
The police have now asked the NCCIA to analyze the data and provide details of Binance transactions in simple terms.
Policymakers do not have the technical expertise required to interpret Binance-related data, but the NCCIA has coding and technical experts who can analyze the information.
