Near Protocol's co-founder has proposed setting up a sovereign fund for the NEAR protocol.
The proposal, which was made by Ilia Poloskov, aims to create a mechanism for allocating funds from the protocol's treasury to support various initiatives and projects.
Poloskov believes that establishing a sovereign fund will enable the protocol to become more decentralized and self-sustaining in the long term.
