NEAR Price Stalls at Key Resistance Amid Bullish Momentum
The NEAR Protocol (NEAR) price is approaching a key technical decision point as bullish momentum builds, but traders remain alert to a potential reversal. At $1.60 with a 24-hour trading volume of $147.51 million and a market capitalization of $2.09 billion, the NEAR price structure and network expansion indicate a possible bullish reversal ahead.
Crypto analyst Umair Orakzai notes that the NEAR price is attempting to test its 200-day SMA, one of the most important indicators in trend-based technical analysis. Support levels are seen around $1.244 and $1.444, while resistance lies at $1.78 and $1.92.
However, a downward breakout below the 200-day moving average could result in more selling pressure, especially if traders start to exit the bullish formation. NEAR Intents, Aurora, and Solflare are advancing multichain wallet infrastructure, aiming to simplify cross-chain transactions and strengthen interoperability across Web3.
The partnership comes amid rising needs for infrastructure that enables interconnection of fragmented blockchain systems and their liquidity. As the NEAR price is now tested at the 200-day SMA, a move past $1.78 could clear the way to $1.92, while failure to break out might see the price fall to $1.444 or even $1.244.
