$NEAR Protocol Unleashes 40x Leverage Perpetual Trading

$NEAR Protocol has launched perpetual trading with up to 40x leverage on its platform, allowing users to trade contracts across more than 50 markets.

The new feature is designed to boost liquidity and trading volume on $NEAR by giving users a reason to stick around rather than trade elsewhere. Users can deposit assets from over 35 chains into Hyperliquid to access the perpetual trading markets.

The purpose behind this launch is to pull more liquidity and trading activity onto $NEAR's platform, which aligns with the broader shift in decentralized finance towards adding complex instruments such as options, perpetuals, and structured products.
