Neuner Identifies Regulation as Top Risk for Hyperliquid

Ran Neuner, founder of Crypto Banter, says that regulation poses the biggest risk to Hyperliquid despite its leading position in decentralized perpetual futures exchanges.

Neuner points out that regulators have started establishing rules for centralized crypto exchanges and predicts they will eventually target decentralized platforms like Hyperliquid.

Hypers liquid is a layer-1 blockchain with a trading volume of $223 billion over the past 30 days, according to DeFiLlama data.

Neuner believes that regulation is Hyperliquid's biggest vulnerability but notes that its network effects make it difficult for competitors to replicate its technology and user base.
