Neverless Secures MiCA License in Latvia, Expands Investment Platform
Neverless is a London-founded crypto and investment platform that has secured a MiCA license in Latvia, making it one of four CASP (crypto-asset service provider) licensed companies in the country. The company was founded in June 2022 by three former Revolut executives: Phuc To, Arthur Johanet, and Mikael Peydayesh.
The MiCA license, granted on May 20, 2026, allows Neverless SIA to provide five crypto-asset services, including custody and administration of crypto-assets, exchange of crypto-assets for funds, portfolio management on crypto-assets, and transfer services. This scope is considered broad, with only 100 out of 340 CASPs in the ESMA register holding five or more services.
The company has also secured a MiFID II license through its separate entity Boku Securities SIA, which covers order execution, portfolio management on financial instruments, safekeeping, and credit extension for investment transactions. Neverless plans to launch stock trading products in the EEA region in the coming weeks, citing several key advantages over existing platforms.
