New York Startup Fin.com Secures $20M to Boost Stablecoin Payments
Fin.com, a New York-based startup, has secured $20 million in seed funding to expand its stablecoin payments infrastructure. The financing round was led by Expa and Uber co-founder Garrett Camp.
The company plans to use the capital to further develop its payment network and infrastructure, focusing on connecting digital settlement assets with local bank accounts or wallets for payouts. Fin.com's platform supports over 40 currencies and more than 30 countries for payouts, and it offers support of USDC and USDT as settlement currencies.
The company aims to solve the 'last-mile delivery problem' by making digital dollars available as funds on users' bank accounts or mobile wallets. Stablecoin payments are positioned in-between blockchain settlement and traditional local finance systems.
