Nuclea Energy Signs MOU with New Mining Co. for Modular Reactor Deployment
Nuclea Energy Inc., a merger partner of Mangoceuticals (NASDAQ: MGRX), has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with New Mining Co. to study deploying Nuclea's modular reactor technology as behind-the-meter power for New Mining's high-density computing and Bitcoin mining operations.
The MOU, announced by Mangoceuticals on August 6, 2026, aims to assess the feasibility of using Nuclea's Morpheus microreactor technology to provide up to 100 MWe of cumulative capacity behind-the-meter for New Mining's data centers. The initial load is expected to be around 30 MWe, with potential for scalable expansion.
Nuclea will provide technical advisory services, reactor design specifications, and microgrid integration planning, while New Mining supplies site information and power usage data. However, it's essential to note that the MOU does not create any power supply or offtake commitment, and any future generation would be operated by a separate qualified utility or nuclear operator.
