Nvidia Earnings Could Spark AI Crypto Token Rally
Nvidia is set to release its Q2 earnings on August 26, and investors are eagerly awaiting the results. The company's previous quarter generated $81.6 billion in revenue, with $75.2 billion coming from its Data Center business, which saw an impressive 85% year-over-year growth.
The Blackwell chips will likely remain a key driver of Nvidia's growth, as cloud companies and AI developers continue to expand their AI systems. Networking is also becoming increasingly important for the company, with Data Center networking revenue reaching $15 billion, nearly three times higher than last year.
A strong revenue report could have a significant impact on AI-related crypto tokens, including Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (FET), Bittensor (TAO), Near Protocol (NEAR), and Render (RNDR). These tokens often move in tandem with the overall AI narrative and can react strongly to Nvidia's performance.
Nvidia stock has already fallen 8% over seven straight days, dropping to around $208.48. The company has lost roughly $400 billion in market value since August 13, marking its longest losing streak since 2022.
