OCEAN and Luke Dashjr Part Ways Amid Bitcoin Mining Disagreements

Ocean and Luke Dashjr have issued a joint statement announcing their separation. Luke Dashjr, who is also a co-founder of OCEAN's pool, has resigned as Chairman, Chief Technology Officer, and director due to differences in vision for the future of Bitcoin mining following recent protocol developments.

Luke Dashjr will pursue a new venture called CONVOY (@CONVOY_Mining), aiming to decentralize Bitcoin mining. In contrast, OCEAN will continue serving miners with its transparent, non-custodial mining pool.
