Ohio Girl Wins Full Bitcoin in Birthday Gift
A 13-year-old Ohio girl received a birthday gift from her father that turned out to be one of the most valuable presents ever given. Siera Osborne pulled a Gold digital reward card worth one full Bitcoin while opening three packs of Quantum TCG cards, becoming the first person to win a full Bitcoin through the collection.
The Quantum TCG is a unique trading card game where players can discover digital reward cards with immediate value tied to cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum. The game started presales in March 2026 and became available for purchase in April.
Siera's father, Jason Osborne, bought her the packs as a birthday gift after becoming a fan of Quantum TCG himself. When Siera pulled the Gold card, they initially thought it might represent only a small fraction of a Bitcoin. However, upon further inspection, they discovered she had actually won one full Bitcoin.
The family traveled to Miami to meet Quantum TCG Founder Franck Boubli and officially claim the reward. They intend to hold onto the Bitcoin for now, hoping its value will continue to grow before deciding what to do with it in the future.
