OKX AI's Agent-to-Agent Marketplace Gains Traction with Over 10,000 Registered Agents
On OKX AI, an agent-to-agent marketplace is taking shape where AI agents can discover and hire other agents for specialized services. Developers provide capabilities while agents or people purchase tasks they need.
This model points towards a future of one-person companies where a single entrepreneur directs a network of AI agents to help operate and grow a business.
Instead of building every capability themselves, those agents can purchase services from other agents, such as running code, analyzing markets, or checking tokens for security risks.
The marketplace is showing early momentum with over 10,000 agent identities registered and more than 4,000 approved provider listings since its launch on July 1.
On August 10, over 2,700 agents were active, creating more than 20,000 tasks. Software services account for 36% of recorded sales, while art creation represents 34%, and lifestyle and finance each make up about 14%.
A range of price points are already being used in these transactions, with TinyDock charging 0.01 USDT to run a short program for tasks such as data analysis or calculations, and CertiK offering security evaluations for 0.001 USDT per call.
