OKX Lists Continuous USDT-Margined Shein Perpetual
OKX has launched a USDT-margined Shein perpetual that trades around the clock, allowing traders to speculate on the company's price movement beyond Hong Kong's cash-market hours.
The contract, which began trading at 07:00 UTC on September 2, is not an ownership stake in the company but rather a leveraged derivative position settled in USDT. Traders do not have shareholder rights or receive dividends.
OKX notes that funding and gaps can magnify losses, making leverage a central risk for traders holding positions through several settlement windows.
The perpetual's reference index price is protected within a 10% band around the last available stock price during off-hours, weekends, and holidays. This creates two prices worth watching: the last price and the mark price used for liquidation.
