OKX Reinstated on Korean Google Play Store Amid Global Expansion Efforts

Share

The OKX cryptocurrency exchange has been reinstated on South Korea's Google Play Store after being unavailable for four days. Android users in South Korea can now download and update the platform's mobile application without issues.

This move comes as OKX pursues global growth despite stricter regulations in South Korea. The exchange was removed from the store due to Google's enforcement policies concerning unregistered international cryptocurrency platforms.

Bybit, another cryptocurrency exchange, continues to face restrictions on the Google Play Store. This is a result of regulatory authorities maintaining surveillance over foreign crypto services lacking domestic authorization.
