Olenox Industries is shifting its strategy to self-hosted, behind-the-meter bitcoin mining as it builds an energy-to-compute platform.

The company outlined a phased plan that spans natural gas, behind-the-meter power, digital infrastructure, and high-density computing. This integrated platform aims to reduce third-party hosting exposure and grid-power costs by powering computing sites near energy production.

Olenox is conducting ongoing due diligence on proposed acquisitions of Wildboy Holdings and IPD Industries, with an independent engineering review expected in the coming weeks. If completed, the initial build-out would evaluate a 20-MW bitcoin-mining and hosting facility as its first self-hosted deployment.
