OpenPayd has significantly strengthened its presence in the US market by obtaining licenses to operate as a money transmitter in 43 states. This move will enable the company to provide its services to a broader customer base across the country.

The expansion comes after OpenPayd integrated with Circle Payments Network, allowing for rapid global fiat transfers through a single API. Regulated stablecoins like USDC are used on this network.

One of OpenPayd's clients, Decta, will be using USDC to settle funds internationally, aiming to improve treasury speed, liquidity management, and resilience without changing customer-facing payments.
