OpenSea has expanded its NFT trading platform by adding support for Solana-based collectibles. This move brings Solana back to OpenSea after a previous beta launch failed to gain traction. The integration runs on OS2, OpenSea's rebuilt multi-chain platform.

The company had already added Solana fungible token trading in April 2025 and stated that NFT support would follow. OpenSea first tested Solana NFTs in April 2022 but the beta launch covered only about 165 collections. Most trading activity on the Solana network was handled by marketplaces such as Magic Eden and Tensor.

The new rollout gives OpenSea users access to Solana collections including Claynosaurz, Mad Lads, BoDoggos, Collector Crypt, and Phygitals. Solana also becomes OpenSea's first non-EVM network for NFT trading since the earlier beta ended.
