Optimism Completes March and April Buyback Programs

Optimism has completed its community buyback program for March and April, using a total of 418.065 ETH to purchase 787.7107 million OP tokens. However, since May, there have been no further buybacks as initially planned.

The first round of the March buyback used 367.905 ETH to purchase 695.1453 million OP tokens. The second and third rounds in March also saw a total of 50.16 ETH being used to purchase 92.5654 million OP tokens.

As of now, Optimism has cumulatively bought back 945.1924 million OP tokens.
