Orbs Launches Community Governance Vote for Initial DAO Framework

Orbs has launched its first formal community governance vote, known as OIP-9, to establish an initial DAO governance framework.

The proposal asks eligible participants to approve the Orbs DAO and its initial governance structure. It aims to move defined protocol decisions toward the community through a phased process.

Ran Hammer, Vice President of Business Development at Orbs, said the proposal balances decentralization with the community's governance capabilities.
