Oxbridge Re Holdings, the parent company of SurancePlus, supplied approximately 95.25% of the $781,767 raised through two Solana-based placements, T20 and T42.

These placements were part of a broader $7.1 million headline figure announced by Oxbridge in its August 13 filing.

The T20 and T42 instruments confer contractual rights but no ownership or voting rights to investors.

Oxbridge's consolidated accounts eliminated the transaction, making it unclear how much came from inside the group and independent investors.
