Oxbridge Re Holdings supplied about 95% of the $781,767 raised by SurancePlus's two T20 and T42 Solana-based placements, according to a recent filing. The total amount was part of Oxbridge's broader $7.1 million headline.

The two offerings were offered through SurancePlus, an 80%-owned tokenized reinsurance subsidiary of Oxbridge. The parent company contributed approximately $744,623, while third-party investors supplied around $37,143.

The T20 and T42 instruments grant contractual rights, not shares in SurancePlus, with returns exposed to underwriting losses. This means that the returns are conditional rather than fixed yields.
