Pakistan's NCCIA Cracks Binance Data in Mir Raza Murder Case

The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has obtained six months of data from Binance and cryptocurrency exchanges in connection with the murder case of Mir Raza in Karachi, Pakistan.

Sources said the data consists of several pages of technical information that requires expert analysis to interpret. The NCCIA received the data from overseas as part of its forensic laboratory's capabilities to decode coding and technical data.

The agency provided the decoded data to the judicial commission investigating the case, formatted similarly to a Call Detail Record (CDR). This will help investigators understand the cryptocurrency transactions linked to the case, including daily transaction numbers.
